Wow, sorry for taking a long time to post again to here – it all seems to have been one thing to the next with our vintage photo booth, so much so that we’ve started investing in a SECOND shabby chich photobooth to cope with the demand for wedding photobooths we’ve been getting!
Not many people know this……unless you’re following our Facebook page (if not, what are you doing?! Go and like us…..pretty please!)……buuuuuut……..we’ve bought a caravan. Back in April we bought a lovely little vintage (late 1960s) two berth caravan with the idea of turning it into a photo booth. Anyway, progress has been going well and I’ve been meaning to post a few photos for ages…..but here they are – hope you enjoy looking at them. They’re in chronological order so you can get an idea of the progress we’ve made.
For some reason the first and last photos are upside down…..no idea why – I’ll sort that when I’m back on my main computer, promise!
Anyway, as you can see we could have gone away in it that weekend – but because we wanted to deck it out to be a photo booth we needed to rip out all of the furniture……which led me to rip our the walls………and then the floor! Anyway, demolition didn’t take that long in the end. Following that I stripped off all of the aluminium trim, gave her a clean, a sand and then a new coat of paint as you can see below.
More to come soon, this morning I installed a few of the interior wall panels so we’ll keep you updated on the progress of our vintage caravan photo booth for weddings!
