Here at Vintage Booth, your safety and the safety of your guests is incredibly important.  All of our electrical equipment is tested and checked regularly and a PAT (Portable Appliance Test) certificate is supplied annually,  Your venue may wish to see this as part of their checks so please feel free to download below and email it over to them.

For your peace of mind we also carry £5million worth of PLI (Public Liability Insurance) which safeguards us against any damage.  Again your venue may wish to see this.

Finally, the third bit of safety paperwork here is our RAMS (Risk Assessment/Method Statement) form which basically tells you that we’ve thoroughly thought through (try saying that quickly) all aspects of the way we work from setting up to taking down, from training to trip hazards – again it’s pretty standard stuff but all part and parcel of what you should expect from a business supplying anything for your wedding.
